Mann's Best Friend Kennels is a small family operated kennel striving to produce German Shorthaired Pointers with the perfect blend of desire on land and water, intelligence, and cooperation.  We are located in the small town of Mount Carmel, which is in the heart of the coal region here in Pennsylvannia.  Our dogs are hunted on various upland game including pheasant, grouse, woodcock, chukar, and quail.  They also get plenty of exposure to waterfowl hunting.  Our dogs are used to guide hunts on various hunting preserves getting them exposure to hundreds of birds.  Our dogs are tested in AKC hunt tests as well as NAVHDA testing.  Mann's Best Friend Kennels is a proud member of Pheasants Forever, Ruffed Grouse Society, and Ducks Unlimited.  We are also members of the North American Versatile Hunting Dog Association (NAVHDA) belonging to many local NAVHDA Chapters including PACC, Nittany, Keystone, Potomac, and Hickory Run.
